I wasn’t born to teach. I was trained to sell.

In the 90s, real estate was chaos. Quick deals, quicker shortcuts. But something about that never sat right with me.

I wanted to build differently. Not just structures, but trust.

Over two decades, I worked on both sides — corporate desks and construction sites, sales meetings and spiritual retreats. I sold homes, yes. But I also watched people buy hope, take risks, and put life savings on the line.

And that’s when it struck me:

Real estate isn’t about property. It’s about people.

And if we don’t change the way we educate our agents, we’ll never change the way India buys homes.

So I left the “builder” badge behind.

I started Scholars’ Takshashila — not to produce agents, but to groom mindful realtors.

Here, I teach what no textbook can:
