Developers today want rapid sales to generate money, hence a lot of marketing expenses. A broker is a great source of lead generation for them. Half conviction on product is always done by a broker, and the sale becomes easy. 

In current competitive times,  it is difficult and expensive for a broker  to generate a lead and to service his clients from the first meeting to the delivery of a property. He remains answerable to both the parties, a developer and the client. He plays an excellent role in closing a deal for a builder. 

Most builders, post closure calls a channel partner for another deals and not to handover his remuneration...... 

I have recognized the concerns of a realtor, and this is my first episode of the Realtors' Concerns
