My Story With Nikhil..... 

There are many like me who may be in a dilemma - to buy or not to buy in a new apartment only because the new one has more amenities than one’s existing flat. At close to 70 years in age I wasn’t really inclined. The final prodding came from Nikhil when I met him. He used his knowledge, his marketing skills to convince me with the multiple advantages that I will have at Monte South as I grew even older. I am glad I allowed myself to be convinced by him even as I eagerly await possession of my new apartment in 2024.
